Cynthia has worked in creative fields as well as personal assistant to a household name, so she appreciates the significance of exceptional service, attentive listening, discretion, exceeding expectations, and delivering the finest designs. Each client is the only client; Cynthia saw there was a gap New York City's wedding flowers industry; there weren't any florists or studios who explicitly catered to civil ceremonies and elopements. Clients who need flowers for a City Hall or home ceremony are not given the same care and attention as large weddings and events. It's an important day in each couple's life, and Cynthia treats clients and their flowers with the same veneration as a large wedding. Her belief is a luxury experience should be accessible to all.
With over twenty five years of experience as luxury wedding and event designer, floral stylist, and decorator to many of New York's high profile families, corporations, and clubs, Cynthia inspires trends with innate talent and traditional design philosophies. She sources from exclusive local and European purveyors of goods to craft styles that illustrate your unique personality and lifestyle. Cynthia's vast experience as a professional designer began with her work at a luxury floral and event design studio while she was still in high school. Her first employer saw her as uniquely gifted and always eager for challenges. Her journey led her to creating custom window displays at Saks, opening her own event design company where she planned sophisticated weddings, weekly floral arrangements and plant displays in homes, rooftop gardens, architected and produced events for clients that include celebrities and royalty from around the globe, and directed large scale residential interior design projects. Her love of colors, textures, and superior craftsmanship, as well as different design styles and historic periods, is how she is able to meet all of her clients' needs. She quickly earned a reputation among friends, family, coworkers, and employers as THE person to call for all design work. Now, Cynthia wishes to make her craft more accessible while providing the same white glove service. NDA's are welcomed.
